Q. How can I test my design once it has been converted

A. Your design will be hosted in a live, password-protected subdomain of markmeup.net once it has been converted (e.g., creativeindustries.markmeup.net). If any revisions are necessary, they will be reflected on the test site. You may, at any time, opt-out of this option.


Q. What design formats can you convert to XHTML

A.We can convert any general design image type (JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG etc.). Please ask if you have a question about your particular format.


Q. What browsers do you support?

A. We support all of the most popular browsers. Google Chrome, Opera 9+, Safari 1.2+, Firefox 1.5+ and Internet Explorer 6+.


Q. What is your typical turnaround time?

A. We can convert most designs in one business day. You will be provided with a delivery timeframe upon submitting your designs.


Q. Where can I send you the design file for the html conversion?

A. Please use our Order Form to receive an accurate quote for your conversion.


Q. Do you do revisions?

A. We will make any adjustments necessary to match your original design.


Q. Will you contact my clients in any manner?

A. We have the utmost respect for your privacy. Your information, or the contact of your work, will only be used for the purpose intended and will not be shared with any third party. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements for particularly sensitive jobs.
